How our senior living referral service works:
Professional Assessment
We come out to meet you and your loved one to professionally assess the situation and your loved ones’ care needs. We always prefer a face to face meeting but also use phone, email, and text. Our assessment is very comprehensive and includes type of care required, preferred type of living environment, budgeting and financials, preferred locations, and other family preferences. We pay close attention to address all your needs and wants.
Suggestions and Referrals
After the assessment, we will promptly get to work in order to provide you with a list of providers that meet your criteria. We will always suggest at least two providers, but more often between three to five providers. We never steer you towards one community over another and the decision is ultimately yours.
Visits
We will gladly assist with scheduling visits to the referred communities and may accompany you if so desired. Additionally, we are available to answer any questions that may arise via phone, email, and text.
Follow Up & Feedback
Once you have chosen the senior living care provider that best meets your criteria, we will further assist you with logistics and other senior resources as needed to help make your transition as smooth as possible. We will follow up with you AND the chosen provider to make sure everything is in order and you are happy. Your feedback is very important to us.
